Genworth is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team, focused on governance of LTC models, data flows, and control design. The role emphasizes valuation, projections, and cross‑functional collaboration with Operations and IT, supporting model peer reviews and process improvements.

The position is remote in the US (Eastern/Central Time) with eligibility for in‑office options in Virginia areas; strong analytical skills and a background in LTC

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related major.
• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably LTC insurance.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for high‑risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.
