Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary to join the Controllership Oversight team, focusing on governance of LTC models, data, and controls. The role emphasizes valuation, projections, and experience analyses within the LTC domain and will collaborate with valuation, inforce rate action, and analytics teams.

The position supports governance across model development, peer reviews, and process improvements, with remote work options for US-based applicants in Eastern or Central Time zones.

Competenze

• BS/BA degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, or related field.
• FSA designation or ASA with commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably LTC insurance.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Review existing controls for high-risk processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC actuarial models and processes.

5+ years actuarial experience
