Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary, Controllership Oversight, to govern LTC models and processes. Based remotely in the US (Eastern or Central Time), you will become expert on LTC data flows and advise on controls design to meet internal, industry, and actuarial standards.

You will work with valuation, projection, experience teams, and support model governance through peer reviews and analyses. A math/actuarial background and 5+ years LTC experience are required.

• Must have strong actuarial background with valuation, projections, and experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with LTC insurance is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes
