Ardent Global Logistics is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business from a remote base in the United States. You will own a territory, hunt for logos, and close deals across ocean, air, and brokerage services, partnering with operations to ensure smooth handoffs.

This role rewards a proven hunter with grit, resilience, and strong relationships. You will operate with urgency, maintain a healthy pipeline, and represent Ardent at industry events and in your network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in NVOCCs, ocean carriers, brokerages, or logistics tech.
• Proven hunting and closing track record, not managing existing accounts.
• Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and ability to build a book from zero.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and build a pipeline of new logo opportunities from scratch.
• Prospect importers, exporters, and supply chain decision makers across target verticals.
• Run a disciplined sales process from outreach to close.
• Develop knowledge of Ardent's full service capabilities across ocean, air, brokerage, drayage.
• Partner with customer experience for clean handoffs and up-sell opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline data, forecast accurately, and articulate deal risks.
• Represent Ardent at industry events and networks.
• Operate with urgency and accountability.
