Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service preferred.
• General knowledge of freight forwarding and international logistics.
• Must have a local book of business.
• Willingness to travel ~20% outside the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across ocean/air freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing services.
• Prospect for new customers, generate leads, and develop sales opportunities.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Grow revenue and sales within existing book of business.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations to retain customers and secure new business.
• Travel for customer visits and field activities as required.
