Ardent Global Logistics is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth from a remote US-based location. You will own a territory, prospect importers/exporters, and run a full sales cycle from discovery to close, while aligning with our service lines across ocean, air, and customs brokerage.

The role emphasizes hunting, pipeline discipline, and building trusted relationships in a fast-moving market. Join a founder-led, customer-obsessed team focused on speed and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in NVOCCs, ocean carriers, brokerages, or logistics tech.
• Track record of hunting and closing new business, not just managing accounts.
• Strong prospecting, cold outreach, networking, building a book from zero.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory and build a pipeline of new logo opportunities from scratch.
• Prospect importers/exporters and decision makers across target verticals.
• Run a disciplined sales process from outreach through close including discovery and negotiation.
• Develop knowledge of Ardent's ocean, air, customs, drayage, and advisory capabilities.
• Partner with customer experience for clean handoffs and wallet-share opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast with clear deal risks.
