Job summary

USPack in the Philadelphia area is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee transportation services for a defined client group. You will contract and coordinate Independent Contractors to move products from client locations to designated sites, while ensuring on-time delivery and budget targets.

The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building with clients, and the ability to manage route coverage, problem resolution, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• College degree with some experience or a high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to manage schedules and reports.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly to build relationships and document visits.
• Plan routes, monitor performance, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with Independent Contractors and manage gross margin.
• Generate customer reports and assist with issue resolution.
