• Proven ability to manage inbound/outbound logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage inbound and/or outbound site operations to meet service and profitability targets.
• Plan daily staffing to match demand and budget.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate execution of procedures.
• Oversee administrative tasks and ensure timely processing and reporting.
• Coach and develop direct reports and drive performance improvements.
