Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a proactive operations support professional to coordinate transportation with multiple carriers. You will develop customer relationships, maintain profiles and service needs, and address escalated inquiries related to shipments and billing.

You will manage documents, track orders, and use systems to verify information. The role involves interfacing with carriers and ensuring compliance, while supporting invoicing processes and payments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; an Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of specialized logistics or related operations support experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, internet, and logistics software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and assist with account management and service needs.
• Manage document accuracy for customers and carriers, incl. complex or expedited handling.
• Track orders and shipments, provide tracing support, and resolve issues as needed.
• Process operational data in software systems and generate reports and service details.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, trucking, and related carriers to understand requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with invoicing and payments.
