Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our business development team, responsible for securing contracts and expanding our customer base across logistics operations.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with operations to meet customer needs while pursuing targets and commission opportunities in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; will accept 10+ years' sales experience in transportation in lieu of degree.
• Logistics, transportation, supply chain knowledge with 5+ years of experience.
• Hunter mentality with B2B sales success in base-plus-commission environments.
• Experience closing executive-level sales deals.
• Open to shifting from operations, account management or customer service into sales.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts; drive the full sales cycle from engagement to close.
• Prospect potential customers via direct outreach and networking.
• Provide forecasts and present opportunities to leadership.
• Develop knowledge of products, services and operations; work with station/operations managers.
• Schedule face-to-face visits and manage a defined number of target accounts.
• Enter sales call data and generate reports for management.
• Maintain a pipeline and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support a team-selling environment.
