Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, 3 PL or Transportation.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience and expertise in operations and business management. Industry experience, preferred.
- Experience leading multi-site operations across dispersed geographies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ongoing customer service operations.
- Discuss service needs and problems with customers daily.
- Achieve profit objectives; provide financial analysis for contracts.
- Develop organic growth and new business with existing customers.
- Ensure safety, quality, and cost-control programs.
- Lead operations management within company guidelines.
- Schedule staff to meet customer needs and workloads.
- Prepare and review customer-related performance reports and contracts.
