Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee inbound and outbound site activities, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will direct staff, optimize service delivery, and manage revenue and expenses within budget.

The role requires five years of related experience, supervisory leadership, and a strong background in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience and three years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Valid state-issued Driver's License and Forklift Certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job-specific software applications.
• Ability to manage financial aspects of a department and read/interpret business communications.

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound and/or outbound site operations to meet service level agreements and maximize profitability.
• Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to support operational demands.
• Communicate directives and ensure safety methods and procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment and properly operate equipment.
• Oversee administrative functions and ensure timely, compliant paperwork.
• Coach, train, and mentor direct reports and provide career development opportunities.
• Oversee the Heat Seal process and related functions.
