Job summary

Open Systems Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator (Remote) to provide data entry, administrative, and operational support to the Supply Chain Management team.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry experience with high accuracy.
• Experience in data entry, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, import/export, warehouse operations, or order processing preferred.
• Experience entering and maintaining shipment, inventory, invoice, purchase order, or customer/order data.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Glovia, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of PO, lead time, ETD/ETA, ASN, inventory, and ocean/air transportation.
• Strong data verification and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactional data entry while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume and accurate data entry for ocean and air shipments, including status, ETD/ETA, tracking numbers, and delivery dates.
• Enter, update, and maintain supply chain and logistics records in the Glovia ERP system.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other supply chain transactions with a high level of accuracy.
• Create and process Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) through email and EDI.
• Monitor shipment information and update tracking/status data regularly.
• Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse providers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
• Support delivery schedule adjustments, shipment delays, urgent shipments, and other supply chain issues.
• Review data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies.
• Perform data verification, record maintenance, and document filing.
• Support purchasing, logistics, inventory, and other supply chain operational activities.
