Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, and Customer Service within a remote, nationwide team. The role emphasizes strong communication, data analysis, and attention to detail to optimize performance across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with TMS, ERP systems, and logistics software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems and logistics software.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using freight, air, ocean, and ground transport.
• Manage carrier selection, routing, shipment tracking and delivery performance.
• Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, and supply chain visibility.
• Maintain shipping docs and ensure import/export compliance.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
