The ideal candidate has an associate degree in manufacturing or related field and 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in manufacturing or related industry and 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiar with SAP.
• High accuracy to prevent inventory errors.
• Clear verbal and written communication with procurement and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter new purchase orders, shipments, and inventory counts into the customer’s database.
• Update delivery status, shipping manifests, and stock levels in real time.
• Compare documents against the customer’s database entries and correct errors to ensure they align.
• Work with the suppliers and logistics teams to resolve missing or mismatched data.
• Assist the customer in creating basic inventory and shipping status reports.
