Position: Supply Chain Coordinator (Remote)
Pay Rate : $24 per/hr in W2
Duration: 6 - 12 Months with possible extension

Job Summary
The contractor will provide data entry, administrative, and operational support to the Supply Chain Management team. The role will have a strong focus on accurate data entry, maintaining shipment and transaction records, processing ERP transactions, and coordinating day-to-day logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume and accurate data entry for ocean and air shipments, including shipment status, ETD/ETA, tracking numbers, delivery dates, and related information.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate supply chain and logistics records in the Glovia ERP system.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other supply chain transactions with a high level of accuracy.
- Create and process Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) through email and EDI.
- Monitor shipment information and update tracking/status data regularly.
- Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse providers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Support delivery schedule adjustments, shipment delays, urgent shipments, and other supply chain issues.
- Review data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies.
- Perform data verification, record maintenance, and document filing.
- Support purchasing, logistics, inventory, and other supply chain operational activities.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong data entry experience with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in data entry, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, import/export, warehouse operations, or order processing preferred.
- Experience entering and maintaining shipment, inventory, invoice, purchase order, or customer/order data.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Glovia, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of PO, lead time, ETD/ETA, ASN, inventory, and ocean/air transportation.
- Strong data verification and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume transactional data entry while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
