Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for remote, USA-based work. You will maintain accurate shipment records, process invoices in Glovia, and issue ASNs to customers via email and EDI. You will monitor status with suppliers and internal teams, and support scheduling and other supply chain activities.

The ideal candidate will have data-entry precision, strong Excel skills, and experience in procurement/supply chain operations. Familiarity with Glovia, Ariba, and ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, import/export, warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with shipment coordination, delivery schedule management, inventory control, invoicing, or order processing preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Glovia, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for ocean and air shipments, including shipment status, ETD/ETA, and related tracking information.
• Process invoices and other supply chain transactions using PPA's ERP system (Glovia).
• Create and process ASNs (Advance Shipment Notices) to customers via email and EDI.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse providers, and internal teams as necessary.
• Support delivery schedule adjustments and follow up on shipment delays, urgent shipments, and other supply chain issues.
• Support other purchasing, logistics, and supply chain operational activities as assigned.
