Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to maintain accurate shipment records, process invoices, and handle ASN creation via email and EDI. You will monitor status, assist with scheduling, and support various supply chain activities from a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and office software.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintenance of shipment records (ETD/ETA, status).
• Process invoices and supply chain transactions in ERP.
• Create and send ASNs via email/EDI to customers.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up with partners.
• Support delivery scheduling and handle delays.
