Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including data entry and general office software.
• Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous, professional manner.
• Gather information from customers to generate quotes and schedule shipment requests.
• Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or individual; provide timely shipment status information.
• Flag opportunities or issues to Sales staff and the Customer Service Supervisor and follow up as needed.
• Complete data entry accurately and on schedule; support daily operations with teammates.
