Job summary

Rocky Mountain Air Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support inside sales, process orders and payments, and assist customers with their accounts.

The role includes warehouse tasks, logistics support for the branch driver, and potential for travel to other branches during the first year of training. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities to obtain a CDL B with Hazmat endorsement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to travel to other branches during first year.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical, industrial sales through inside sales activities, including handling customer accounts, renewing contracts, inputting orders, quoting, taking payments, addressing invoice concerns, updating contact information, and reviewing cylinder balances.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with customer processes/needs.
• Complete warehouse activities such as cycle counting, shipping and receiving of product.
• Support customers by providing logistical support for your branch driver and occasional backup delivery driving.
