Job summary

DigniFi in Irving, TX is seeking a dynamic Loan Servicing Supervisor to lead our Collections team and drive operational excellence in consumer finance.

You will supervise, coach, and develop team members, monitor performance, manage workflows, and collaborate with Dealer Success and Operations to resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining compliant practices. This role offers flexible PTO and remote work in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Collections.
• 3+ years of experience managing staff in a call center environment.
• Proven success in reducing delinquency and charge-offs through leadership.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Collections team; provide feedback and growth.
• Monitor activity, account performance and KPIs to reduce delinquency.
• Oversee daily workflows, scheduling, attendance and workload distribution.
• Review accounts histories and determine next steps; manage escalations.
• Ensure compliant collection practices and professional customer experience.
• Coordinate with Dealer Success and Operations for escalations and resolutions.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate priorities to the team.
• Enforce company policies and compliance requirements; address performance issues.
• Provide regular updates to Collections Management on performance and trends.
