Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of banking experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Adherence to Compliance Banking/Lending regulations and Investor Guidelines.
• Familiarity with Real Estate Transactions.
• Strong Analytical, Organizational, Decision Making, and Computer skills (to include Microsoft Office and Internet; learning bank software encouraged).
• Able to retain information and apply to similar and new situations; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Loan Servicing and Collections functions.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information on closed/delinquent loans.
• Prepare and review reports on a regular basis.
• Prepare notices and letters as needed; contact past-due customers.
• Monitor investor requirements and compliance across servicing activities.
• Process loan documents review and compliance checks for various loan types.
• Maintain and update collateral and lien perfection records; handle mortgage/UCC matters.
