Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Manager Performing Loan Servicing to support the Director in daily operations and ensure assets under leadership perform at expected levels. The role includes guiding supervisors, managing collections from current to 60 DPD, and maintaining service levels across inbound calls.

The candidate should have 6–8 years in collections/finance with at least 5 years in supervision, excellent leadership, analytical skills, and strong Excel proficiency; FDCPA familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of collections/finance experience with 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a call center environment with strong leadership and QA adherence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; proficient in Excel and data management.
• Familiarity with FDCPA regulatory requirements and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for supervisors, team leads, and staff across the department.
• Manage delinquency, cancellations, and performance of collections activities to meet KPIs.
• Review daily production, analyze call volume trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team leaders; ensure QA guidelines are followed.
