DigniFi, headquartered in Irving, TX, seeks a strategic VP of Servicing & Collections to lead the end-to-end post-origination lifecycle—from onboarding to payoff and recovery. You will shape strategy, drive operating performance, and ensure customer outcomes while partnering with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related field.
• 8+ years in loan servicing, collections, and/or recovery operations.
• Proven experience leading KPI-driven operating cadences.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA regulatory considerations.
• Experience managing vendors and tooling performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Servicing and Collections strategy.
• Set service levels, capacity standards, and escalation triggers.
• Oversee account onboarding through payoff and recovery.
• Design and govern collections and recovery strategies.
• Maintain risk-based quality assurance and compliance.
• Lead KPI definitions, dashboards, and budgets.
