Job summary

You will mentor a team, monitor KPIs, and partner with colleagues to optimize workflows, reporting, and customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/lead experience.
• Minimum 2 years collections, customer service, or operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises day-to-day work processes in the Customer Solutions department.
• Monitors productivity and quality at individual and team levels, providing feedback to senior leadership.
• Provides coaching and feedback to staff through team huddles, one on ones, side by sides, and call reviews.
• Collaborates with business partners to ensure quality monitoring and contact strategies comply with state and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for best practices in scheduling, adherence, and real-time management to meet service goals and KPIs.
• Enhances employee development by identifying trends in performance and developing action plans to improve results.
• Promotes teamwork and cross training opportunities.
• Ensures all employees have completed required training and adhere to core values and policies.
• Implements work efficiencies through process improvements.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
