Job summary

Enova International is seeking an Application Support Representative to guide customers through the loan application process. This fully remote role requires you to reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT, with in-office Tue-Thu and remote on Mon/Fri.

After a 3-week training, you will handle high-volume inbound calls and some outbound calls to convert prospects into sales. The position emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and meticulous record-keeping, with a compensation

Qualifications

• Prior call center experience is a plus, but candidates in fast-paced customer service are valued.
• Excellent communication and empathy in customer interactions.
• Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a remote, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable using new technology and remote work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls guiding through loan application process.
• Make outbound calls to encourage completion of applications.
• Explain features and benefits to ensure customer understanding.
