The role focuses on integrating LearnUpon with Workday, ensuring high-quality user experiences, and collaborating with facilitators and subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LMS platforms and administration.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary LMS administrator for the organization's LMS database.
• Manage content publishing, system issues, and proactive resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional LMS projects and analyze requirements.
• Oversee organization-wide learning paths and regulatory compliance.
• Generate LMS reporting to maximize effectiveness and compliance.
• Design LMS solutions and partner with department leaders for course deployment.
