Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to own daily administration of the SAP-based LMS and related learning technologies. You will collaborate with HR, L&D, Compliance, and IT to deliver reliable learner experiences, accurate reporting, and scalable learning operations.

You will support governance, data workflows, and light instructional design, ensuring access, compliance, and continuous improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience administering and optimizing an LMS in a corporate environment.
• Advanced expertise with LMS administration (SAP preferred).
• Strong reporting/analytics capability and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and using project management tools (Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary LMS administrator including user management, catalogs, enrollments, and reporting.
• Manage content governance, metadata, versioning, and retention for audit readiness.
• Lead LMS-related projects from intake to delivery, including testing/UAT and change management.
• Provide troubleshooting and coordinate resolutions with IT/vendors.
