Thorne is seeking an LMS System Administrator to own and govern the Learning Management System in a highly regulated environment. The role ensures validation, regulatory alignment, and inspection readiness while supporting Learning & Development operations across the organization.

Responsibilities include LMS administration, validation lifecycle ownership, and collaboration with Regulatory to align with quality systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of LMS administration experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with validated systems and audit readiness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong documentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LMS system owner, administering configuration, roles, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain LMS in a validated state and manage upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Lead validation activities and maintain traceability from requirements to compliance evidence.
• Own change control for system updates and ensure regulatory alignment.
