Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Join a flexible clinician-led community with referrals, malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and robust operational support.

You’ll maintain a minimum of 9 hours per week across two days, providing CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults while we manage billing and credentialing so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice with applicable state licensure
• Minimum 9 hours/week availability across 2 days
• Experience delivering CBT to adults
• Experience with telehealth/online therapy
• Comfort with digital care tools and AI-powered documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals
• Apply CBT and other evidence-based modalities; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
