Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to provide telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Join a 100% remote practice with built-in clinical support, steady referrals, and CEU opportunities while maintaining your own schedule.

As an LMFT/LCSW/LCPC etc., you will deliver weekly sessions, apply CBT and other evidence-based approaches, and use measurement-based care to track progress. Expect flexible hours, collaborative support, and meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years of CBT and other evidence-based therapies delivered to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT, Unified Protocol and other modalities as appropriate.
• Use measurement-based care to track client progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other therapists for integrated care.
