Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to provide telehealth therapy to adults. This role offers 100% remote work as a 1099 contractor, with support for referrals, malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and clinical resources.

Therapists set their own schedule while maintaining a steady caseload. Applicants must hold an active independent license and have 2+ years of CBT/evidence-based therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT, UP, ACT, DBT, and EMDR where appropriate.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled EMR and HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other therapists for integrated care.
