Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to provide telehealth services. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and access to referrals and clinical support.

Practice includes CBT and evidence-based therapies with measurement-based care, along with free CEUs and malpractice coverage. Start with 9+ hours, gradually grow within a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and evidence-based approaches to treatment.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
