Job summary

Brightside Health seeks licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth services as 100% remote, 1099 contractor clinicians. Build a flexible private practice with steady referrals, malpractice coverage, and strong clinical support.

Deliver weekly teletherapy to adults, apply CBT and other evidence-based therapies, and track progress with measurement-based care. Brightside handles billing, credentialing, and insurance to reduce admin burden.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Minimum 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
