Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to provide weekly telehealth sessions under a 1099 contract. You’ll apply CBT and evidence-based therapies with measurement-based outcomes, while our team handles billing, credentialing, and insurance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows and documentation.
