Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists (LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCs, and more) to deliver weekly telehealth therapy with a 1099 contract. You’ll join a 100% remote practitioner community, with support for billing, credentialing, and insurance, plus free CEUs and malpractice coverage.

Minimum 9 hours per week across at least 2 days, with access to specialized tracks like Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Higher-acuity populations or adolescent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply CBT and additional modalities; track progress with measurement-based care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Opt into specialized tracks such as Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.
