Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, and more) as 1099 contractors to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across a general mental health program.

Position offers 100% remote work, flexible caseload, and a built-in clinical community with billing and credentialing handled for you. Compensation ranges from $83 to $103 per 53+ minute session, with malpractice coverage and free CEUs included.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
