Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, etc.) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general program. Join a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role with strong clinical support and flexible scheduling.

Minimum availability is 9 hours per week across at least 2 days, with referrals provided. Compensation ranges from $83 to $103 per 53+ minute session, depending on state and program participation.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply CBT and Unified Protocol; welcome ACT, DBT, EMDR.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
