Job summary
Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth services as 1099 contractors. You’ll manage a flexible caseload with built-in clinical support, billing, credentialing, and insurance handling handled by Brightside.
Remote collaboration with psychiatrists and other therapists enables high-quality care and steady referrals. Roles emphasize evidence-based therapies (CBT, UP, ACT, DBT, EMDR), measurement-based progress tracking, and AI-powered documentation
Qualifications
- Experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
- Telehealth or online therapy experience
- Comfort with diverse populations across behavioral health
- Tech-savvy and open to digital care tools
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions (video) to individuals
- Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT, UP; other modalities welcomed
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care
