Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. The role offers 100% remote work with flexible scheduling and robust clinical and operational support, including billing, credentialing, and insurance handling.

Therapists provide evidence-based care (CBT, UP, ACT, DBT) to adults, with access to CAMS training for suicide prevention and AI-powered documentation tools to streamline practice.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT, UP, ACT, DBT, and EMDR as appropriate.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
