You’ll coordinate with producers, Morley staff and suppliers to plan and execute world-class meetings and events for Fortune and Global 500 clients. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, on-site logistics and vendor relationships, while maintaining a proactive, detail‑driven approach and strong communication with the project team to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• College degree and/or relevant experience in live event production planning and execution.
• Demonstrated understanding of creative and practical production.
• Able and willing to travel and accommodate a variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and produce meetings
• Record and distribute project discovery notes
• Pre-production – plan and track production deliverables
• Manage and communicate production objectives
• Create and distribute the production timeline to keep the team on track
• Track, review, maintain and reconcile the production budget
• Forecast and administer production accounts payable
• Inventory program content and assets
• Manage pre-production and on-site materials and media
• Coordinate and distribute production direction and info on site
• Create and manage production schedules
• Manage crew logistics, travel and expenses
• Track and distribute the production run-of-show
• Handle on-site administration, venue logistics and production management for production staff and crew
• Ultimately, successfully deliver the production to the client
