Job summary

Corporate Live, Inc. seeks a seasoned Audio-Visual Engineer / Production Manager to oversee production elements for live events. You will work with clients to assess needs, contribute to designs, schedule equipment and staff, and manage projects from order to completion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in live event production with strong video, audio, lighting, and CAD design capabilities, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the live event production industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in video, audio, lighting, staging, rigging and design.
• Ability to create CAD designs and integrate all multimedia event aspects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup and operation of multimedia events and projects.
• Lead customer communications for events and timelines.
• Collaborate with estimating for accurate proposals to clients.
• Assist in site surveys to estimate event needs.
• Coordinate equipment and staffing for events.
• Manage events to stay on budget and on schedule.
• Communicate progress to Director of Live Events and staff.
• Schedule technical staff and subcontractors as needed.
• Coordinate all personnel on job sites and manage multiple projects.
