Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of event experience.
• Experience in corporate market and multi-client environment preferred.
• Experience and understanding of how to create complex event specs.
• Creative ideation for memorable event activations.
• Experience drafting and managing event budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead event manager for corporate clients with prioritization.
• Support other client events as needed.
• Coordinate with Sourcing on RFPs, negotiations and contracting at client locations.
• Oversee vendor solicitation, RFPs, contracts, and management.
• Manage event logistics pre-event, on-site, and post-conference.
• Coordinate vendors and staff for hotels, venues, and services.
• Provide accurate budget estimates pre-event and ensure post-event billing.
• Maintain department files and historical documentation.
