About the Role

Location: Remote; involves regular travel to event destinations

Morley operates domestic and international meetings and events for top industry clients. As a Production Manager, you’ll be the project navigator who keeps the production/project team moving.

You’ll work under the support and direction of the Producer and in partnership with clients, Morley operations staff and production suppliers as we work together to plan and execute live events.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and produce meetings


• Record and distribute project discovery notes


• Pre-production –plan and track production deliverables


• Manage and communicate production objectives


• Create, manage and distribute the production timeline to keep the team on track


• Track, review, maintain and reconcile the production budget

What to Expect: Schedule & Travel

Our work requires the flexibility to travel (approx. 15-35% of the time) and accommodate a varied schedule. This role involves:

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have the ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen


• College degree and/or relevant experience in live event production planning and execution with high school diploma or equivalent


• Demonstrated understanding of creative and practical production


• Able and willing to travel and accommodate a variable schedule (per above)

Nice to Have

• An understanding and working use of CAD


• A working knowledge of photography, videography and related editing platforms


• Practical experience in stage management and/or basic audio/visual operational skills


• Working relationships/partnerships with vendors and contractors in the event production industry


• CAPM and/or PMP certification
