• Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus.

Our client, financial services support operations is seeking a REMOTE Live Agent to join their team. As a REMOTE Live Agent, you will be part of the customer support team supporting high-volume inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken communication, attention to detail, and the drive to deliver accurate, compliant service—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: REMOTE Live Agent

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Pay Range: $21.00hr

Shift: Full Time 9AM EST to 8PM EST (8-hour shifts). If you are in a different time zone, the hours will be your time zone hours.
