Job summary

Telaré Law, PLLC is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in civil litigation from Washington or Oregon. This remote-friendly role involves organizing case files, drafting pleadings, coordinating discovery, and maintaining deadlines.

You will interact with clients, experts, and court personnel, and assist during hearings and trials. Ideal candidates have strong document preparation and research skills, plus experience with court rules and paralegal duties.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in legal document preparation and review.
• Proficient legal research using databases and summarizing findings.
• Experience drafting pleadings and motions per court rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and court personnel.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Familiarity with practice management software and document systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain case files and prepare/review legal documents.
• Coordinate discovery and manage deadlines and court calendars.
