Ability to manage a case from start to finish and work independently.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain systems for collecting and organizing case materials.
Review and analyze case materials and manage evidence.
Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, chronologies and indices.
Prepare exhibits and witness files for depositions, arbitration, mediation and trial.
Manage eDiscovery databases and production for litigation cases.
Interact with clients, experts and other parties to obtain and provide information.
Establish and maintain document/discovery databases and criteria.
Bill time accurately using timekeeping software.
