This full-time, hybrid/remote-friendly Litigation Paralegal role supports candidates based in Washington or Oregon. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including organizing and maintaining case files, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating discovery. Daily responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, assisting with legal research, managing deadlines and court calendars, and communicating with clients, experts, and court personnel in a professional manner. The role also involves assembling trial binders, preparing exhibits, and supporting attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial. The paralegal is expected to work collaboratively with the legal team while managing multiple cases and priorities with accuracy and discretion.
