Job summary

LauLau Offshore and Nearshore Staffing is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to back a U.S. law firm through intake to trial preparation.

This fully remote position requires strong litigation experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage deadlines, discovery, filings, and case prep with precision. You will support attorneys, coordinate depositions and hearings, prepare court filings, and maintain organized digital case files using the firm's case management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional paralegal or attorney experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a litigation paralegal in a U.S. law firm.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all stages of civil litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, deposition materials, and trial documents.
• Manage discovery, including document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital case files.
• Conduct legal and factual research in support of active matters.
• Assist with deposition/mediation/trial preparation and chronology creation.
