Job summary

Telaré Law is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across civil litigation matters. This hybrid/remote-friendly role welcomes candidates based in Washington or Oregon and involves organizing case files, drafting pleadings, performing legal research, and managing discovery.

You will coordinate deadlines, communicate with clients and experts, and assist during hearings, depositions, and trials.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong drafting and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting civil litigation teams and managing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions in accordance with court rules.
• Assist with legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
• Manage case deadlines and court calendars accurately.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and court personnel professionally.
• Assemble trial binders and prepare exhibits for hearings and trials.
